Products

We aim to present accurate descriptions, measurements, availability and colours. Minor colour differences can occur because of lighting and screen settings. Product-specific information on the product page takes priority over general guidance.

Orders and acceptance

An automated confirmation means we received your order; it does not guarantee dispatch. COD orders require verification. We may limit quantities or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, customer details cannot be verified, a genuine pricing error occurred or fraud is reasonably suspected. If a prepaid order is cancelled, the collected amount will be refunded.

Prices, payments and promotions

Prices are displayed in the selected store currency. The final product total, discount and delivery charge appear at checkout. Promotions can have separate terms and may end or change without notice. International customers may incur separate bank, currency-conversion, customs or tax charges.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ayzal Collection is not liable for indirect loss, courier delays outside reasonable control, product misuse or loss caused by inaccurate customer information. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
