Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders delivered within Pakistan.
How COD works
- Select Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout.
- Enter a complete delivery address and an active phone number.
- Our team may confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
- Pay the amount shown on your order to the courier when the parcel is delivered.
Important information
- Please keep the exact payable amount ready where possible.
- Unconfirmed orders may be held or cancelled.
- Do not send advance payment to a personal account for an order placed as COD.
- Opening the parcel before payment depends on the courier's rules and is not guaranteed.
- Repeated refusal or failed delivery may restrict COD on future orders. Delivery or return charges may apply where permitted.
Changes and cancellation
To request a change or cancellation before dispatch, contact us promptly on WhatsApp at +92 323 7998732 or email support@ayzal.com and include your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
